Vizag’s Fintech Festival: Gateway to India’s Digital transformation
Vizag’s Fintech festival is being hosted on October 22, jointly by Fintech Valley Vizag in coalition with Singapore-based SingEx.It dwells with many brainstorming sessions.
The Port city is all set to become a swam activities for Domain experts, Investors and CEO’s of various companies involved in Financial tech as the Vizag’s Fintech festival is publicized as the country’s largest event, which is going to be hosted today.
The high spot of the event is- ‘$1Million Startup Challenge’.
The formal inauguration will be carried by the Cheif Minister N.Chandrababu Naidu on Tuesday.
CxO Golf Tournament: The festival will kick start with CxO golf tournament at East Point Golf Club where 75CxOs will exhibit their talents and creativity.
Sophia -world’s first humanoid: There will be the brief interaction of World’s first humanoid robot “Sophia”.This robot will participate in the event and the purpose of its exhibition is to get a citizenship from Saudi Arabia. This robot is visiting Andhra Pradesh for the first time.
J.A. Chowdary, Special Chief Secretary and IT Advisor to Chief Minister stated that “We are very excited for hosting such a big event in which around 2,000 delegates from 15 countries are likely to take part, apart from stakeholders from insurance, banking and emerging financial technologies”.
Antecedently organisers hosted roadshows in USA, UK, France and in Tel Aviv to promote this event . These roadshows aroused good response there.
The artistic directorSwathi Atluri , of New Jersey-based Siddhendra Kuchipudi Art Academy and her 15-member crew will enthrall the delegates by performing Kuchipudi with the contemporary theme.
The feats are based on concepts to create awareness about eve teasing, domestic violence, child rape and harassment of women in public. All these issues wil be contrived into a storyline.
15 Finalists were selected across the globe for Demo-Day programme to enhance their innovataive ideas which will be on Oct 25. All the finalists agreed to launch 20% of their skill and opeartions in Vizag for which the state government would extend the support to them by ensuring finance and others.
