“By the end of the December the smart city works should be completed with the cost of 398 crores by speeding up the work, ” said by Municipal Administration Minister P. Narayana. In addition to that, Mr. Narayana sanctioned 57,495 urban houses, but the MLA’s are asking for 25,000 to 30,000 more houses which are also in consideration. In phase 4.780 houses were sanctioned and 4,120 house was to be a sanction, they are facing difficulties to find land. Anyways the land pooling proposal was approved by the cabinet at the Tri-junction and urban housing was proposed in the Tri-junction land.
There are proposed 203 anna canteens but 60 were inaugurated and 40 were in under process. This project was a big hit but the demand is more than the providing, it became difficult for proving. MLA’s who requested more canteens that they would to considered only after the smooth run of the present canteens.
