Physical fitness is most essential in everything that we do.’Kinley Vizag Bay Marathon-2018′ went on victoriously on November 3 at R.K Beach. It was associated with DEEP (DISEASE ERADICATION THROUGH EDUCATION AND PREVENTION) TRUST as a foundation aims to bridge the gaps in the inadequate institutional healthcare facilities in the area of Healthcare. DEEP TRUST focuses on the broad scope of public health that covers educative, preventive and therapeutic services.

Over 5,000 enthusiasts and professionals have enrolled their names to participate in the third edition of night marathon and participated passionately.
The run held based on three categories: half marathon which was for 21.1K, 10 K and 5K fun run. It ranked as the biggest running event in the state of Andhra Pradesh and Visakhapatnam’s largest community event with participants from armed forces, corporate sector, government sector, educational institutions and runners from international forums.
The event attracted a large scale tourist population for participation from various states and countries.
Vikas Sunkad, Director of Company Bottling operations, Coca-Cola India Pvt Ltd felt honoured to be a part of that massive initiative. The medals for the run was unveiled by Collector K Pravin Kumar and Joint Collector G Srijana of the night marathon in Visakhapatnam on Wednesday.
Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu was very glad to see such a mega event being organized in Visakhapatnam and welcomed the initiative.
This event had spread awareness on health-related activities. The runners and the participants were handed with a T-shirt, Goody Bag, Timing Chip, bibs, medal, energy drinks, and snacks.
