Highers of Girijan Cooperative Corporation (GCC) have launched a service called ‘GCC On Wheels’, mobile food trucks going around the city selling coffee and other GCC products.
The initiative is focused on increasing the popularity of GCC products, noted State Tribal Minister Welfare Kidari Sravan Kumar who launched the service along with GCC Vice-Chairman and Managing Director T. Babu Rao Naidu here on Monday.
New GCC products have been launched which will available the market soon Mr Naidu expressed.
New products include Araku Valley Instant Coffee (100 gm), Araku Valley Filter Coffee (new pack), ragi biscuits, cashew (75 grams, 50 grams), and biscuits, Sapindus (Kunkudu) hair wash (500 ml and 100 ml).

At the time of launch, officials announced that GCC has increased its retail network by adding 14 new outlets, at places such as the Bhavani Islands in Vijayawada, bus stations, railway stations and airports, apart from tourist spots, Andhra Pradesh Secretariat.
The other 13 outlets are going to be opened at Eluru, Srikakulam, Rajamahendravaram, Tirupati, as well as at A.P. Bhavan and Shastri Bhavan in New Delhi soon, officials expressed.
